TASKS
TRADE MARKETING
Share materials & tools (e.g. campaign assets, guidelines, etc.) with Distributors and CMA
Handle everyday requests to access our asset sharing platforms
Build up an efficient way of reporting and sharing best practices
Follow up with the CMAs on implementation and results and report these back to the team
Support to the local teams explaining tools & materials available
Support and coordination with CMAs and the agency on Sell-out-support & Brand Trainers program
Support on the creation of Trade Marketing materials with agencies
RETAIL EDUCATION
Support the Trade Marketing Manager on the further Roll-out of the digital training tool
Support on the set up KPIs and learnings
Coordination of translations with the local & AEB team
Accelerate User engagement
Follow up with teams regularly to track success and status
SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Support and coordination with the local and the central FrontRunner AEB (ASICS Europe)
Monitor and analyse the performance of the FR teams
Make sure the FR follow the AEB calendar, where relevant, and that they also activate local relevant
content
Setting up processes to make the program more efficient in EM: seeding, reporting, etc
Maximize the usage of the FR with activations and sharing best practices.
PRESENTATION SUPPORT
Support preparing presentations for different purposes: reporting, best practices, summaries
Consolidation & support on sell-in presentations to key CMAs
DISTRIBUTOR ASICS SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS
Support and coordination with the local and the central Social Media ASICS Europe Team
Make sure ASICS local accounts are used and have content aligned to our social media calendars
Approval of Distributor Social Media Calendars & advice on their SM Accounts
Compilation of reporting and analytics from the distributors
Enable and support the teams with Social Media tracking with the tool Upfluence
COMMUNICATION
INTERNAL
Central EM team (Senior Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Sales Manager,
Merchandiser Manager, Key Account CMA), central AEB team (Social Media team, FrontRunner team,
Trade Marketing team), South African Marketing team.
EXTERNAL
Contact persons within Distributors and CMAs, agencies, suppliers, running community, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
TRAVEL
Meetings in Amsterdam 1 time a month ( 2-3 days)
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
University degree with focus on marketing/trade marketing
> 1 year relevant trade marketing experience
English proficiency written and spoken
Strong affinity with sport, especially running
Interested and savvy on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram mainly)
